Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final. Exchanges may be possible based on availability, but must be requested before the day of the show.
General Policies
Young children are welcome to attend our shows, but parents are expected to take them outside if they become truly distracting to others. Thank you!
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Scheck Hillel Community School).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
